The Assistant HR Officer position involves working with a growing business to carry out a HR Generalist role with an emphasis on recruitment.
Client Details
My client are a growing business in the Dartford area.
Description
- Carrying out the end to end recruitment process - posting job adverts, screening CVs, shortlisting candidates arranging and conducting interviews, managing the offer stage and the adminstration thereafter
- Providing advice to employees and managers about HR policies and procedures
- Ensure best practice is followed
- Carrying out adhoc project work when required
- Shadowing the HR team in day to day HR tasks
- Assist with disciplinaries, grievances, ill-health capability and other ER matter
Profile
* You will ideally have an FMCG/blue collar background
* You will be a team player
* You will have previous experience in a HR generalist role
