We are looking for a hands-on senior manager to lead and focus on people services delivery.
As the Head of People Service you will be managing a newly created dual located team (Birmingham and London) with responsibility for delivering on the people and organisational development strategy. Through effective communication and consistency in your approach, you will shape our way of working whilst leading your team to deliver.
You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement to ensure the effective implementation of new HR systems, delivery of BAU operational processes and building the partnering model throughout the organisation.
As an individual who has previously held a position of seniority, your strong HR experience will shape and bring new ideas to life. A strong understanding of business partnering will ensure that you can showcase how you shape HR advice in effectively supporting the organisation rather than merely being a voice piece for policy. A real passion for working with people will be evident from your approach to communication, whether that be your proactive can do attitude, or your ability to deliver and negotiate with a variety of stakeholders, leaders and team members.
