Oakleaf Partnership are working with a high-profile management consultancy firm based in Central London. They are looking for a Survey Consultant join their busy team of consultants.

This role will act as a reward survey specialist, managing the data that is collected from surveys - analysing, validating and reporting on the data to provide further consultation to clients.

The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:

Analyse and perform quality checks on data submissions

Liaise with the client regarding all aspects of the survey including providing feedback

Act as the primary point of contact for the client throughout the entire survey process

Work to expand and foster relationships with European clients, including offering training both in person and remote

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience working as part of a reward function with exposure to salary review, benchmarking and surveys

Show advanced use of Excel

Have experience in working with clients

Project management experience
