Secondly you will lead the HR Shared Services centre where HR Operations, Reward and Renumeration and Employee Relations sit.

Strong candidates will need to be broad HR generalists with a strong technical HR background and have the leadership skills to manage a diverse team.

Specific sector experience is not a pre-requisite although candidates who have operated at the senior levels of regulated environments such as Financial Services, Utilities, Telco are more likely to hit the ground running. Contact centre experience and/or working in a fast-paced environment would be a real benefit too.

In summary, we are looking to appoint an experienced Head of HR/ Head of People, who is a bright, collaborative, innovative, pragmatic and versatile individual.
