Oakleaf Partnership are representing a world renowned technology business based in central London, recruiting for a Reward and Data Manager

You will be joining a team of outstanding reward and HR professionals, and as part of your role you will be responsible for managing and developing their existing reward platform with the view of evolving it to the requirements of this fast paced, growing, global business. You will be leading a team of reward and data specialists, whereby you will be responsible for their ongoing professional development and delivery. This will be a business facing role giving you the opportunity to partner with business leaders to design and execute a market leading compensation and benefits offering reflective of the people and business strategy. You will lead on all aspects of fixed and variable pay as well as benefits and wellbeing. This role will require the successful candidate to operate both on the strategic level as well as operational. Additionally, you will not only be able to lead the reward function, but also be confident in data manipulation and creation and communication of insights. You will be pivotal in helping drive positive business decisions based on your data and recommendations.

The successful candidate will be an expert in global compensation and benefits, with in-depth knowledge across salary planning, incentive arrangements and equity plans. You will have a good knowledge of Share schemes and options as well as an exceptional analytical capability and strong excel skills. Naturally, you will also need to have a solid background in developing good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
