Temporary HR Systems Administrator in Basingstoke paying up to £26k pa for a period of 6 months

Your new company
A data security organisation based in Basingstoke. Due to business growth, an Interim HR Systems Administrator is required for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Your new role
As HR Systems Administrator you will perform various tasks including updating internal databases, keeping employee records and educating users on how to utilise systems.

You will provide a variety of administrative tasks, creating accounts and updating employee records. You will be responsible for processing employee data like leavers and benefits, creating regular reports from the data available. You will serve as the contact for technical support of HR systems including troubleshooting and technical issues. You will also support the wider HR team carrying out general admin duties.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have experience with data merging and database administration. You will ideally have experience using One Day software and Human Resources Management systems. You must be an advanced user of Excel, utilising V-lookups and pivot tables.

What you'll get in return
Up to £26,000 in a 6 month role which has the potential to go long term.
