HR Data Analyst
Ashley Kate are working alongside a National engineering and construction specialist to recruit a HR Data Analyst based in Huthwaite on a Permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a wider HR function, whilst still having autonomy in your role - this would be perfect for someone who is looking to come in and make the role their own and join a company who is going through an exciting period of growth.
You will need to have proven HR data analysis experience, and be someone who can drive improvements throughout the business and be forward thinking, focusing on outputs and metrics.
·Analysing all aspects of HR Data and presenting "trends" to the wider HR department
·Interpreting data to provide solutions and improvements to HR Director
·Working closely with ER, Training, Recruitment & L&D to provide support on new initiatives
·Analysing information against current market trends
·Regular presentations to HRD & Board level on analysis and findings
·Tracking and monitoring current processes to ensure cost effective approach
·Assisting with delivering key projects within the HR department, to ensure an effective rollout across the business
·Previous experience in a HR Data Analyst role is essential
·Ability to present findings at Board Level
·Previous experience in offering solutions to improve HR functions
·Excellent IT skills required
·Strong team player but also able to work as an individual
·Ability to prioritise a varied workload and demonstrate good time management to comply with deadlines
