HR Business Partner
Our client is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their busy North Bristol based HR function on a three month basis initially.
Our client is a market leader in the Aerospace industry and offer a busy and fast paced working environment supporting a large number of stakeholders.
The role of the HR Business Partner will have overall accountability for the delivery of HR activities relating to recruitment, training, employee relations, reward, performance management, disciplinary and absence management within the business area.
You will provide coaching and counselling to management to increase individual HR expertise, including local and global policy, procedures, legislation and systems, and identify opportunities for HR efficiencies and effectiveness in order for the HR function to continually improve.
The chosen HR Business Partner will display the following skills and attributes:
- Broad HR generalist experience
- Excellent understanding of UK employment law and associated best practice
- Ability to influence with strong negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
A three month temporary position based in North Bristol - possibility of permanent.
