Our client is looking for a HR Advisor to join their busy Swindon based HR function on a Permanent basis. They are also looking for a temporary option while they are recruiting for this role permanently.

Our client is a growing company in the logistics distribution and supply chain market and are looking to bring on a Regional HR Advisor to their team.

Description

Our client is looking for a strong generalist HR Advisor to support all human resources activities across the multi-site operation, and partner with the HRBP to ensure that HR priorities are aligned to the business' strategy. To work closely with business managers, acting as the first point of HR contact, ensuring that strategies are implemented that optimise compliance, talent retention, talent development and employee relations.

The jobholder will also be responsible for ensuring efficient, seamless and value-add HR processes and procedures that are fit for purpose and best in class for the business.

Profile

The chosen HR Advisor will display the following skills and attributes:

  • Strong generalist experience gained supporting a UK wide business with an operations focus and manual workforce is essential.
  • Experience gained supporting a multisite business operation
  • CIPD Qualified
