Oakleaf Partnership is working with a leading commercial real estate services firm in their search for an HRIS Functional Support Analyst to support the PeopleSoft system.

This new role will sit as part of the team supporting the EMEA region with the day to day running of the system. The key responsibilities of the role include:

Offer functional support to system users across EMEA region

Work alongside the technical support team to optimise the system

Configuration and troubleshooting of the system to ensure ease of use and smooth running of PeopleSoft

Data migration, verification and cleansing

Maintain system documents

Contribute to global HRIS system activities

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

Practical knowledge of PeopleSoft

Experience working in an HR function

Experience dealing with generating reports and dealing with complex queries

Work with the Technical and Functional teams to assist the design, testing and deployment related activities
