Role: HR Change & Projects Manager Industry: Media Location: West London Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 My client are a leading media business who are looking for a HR Programme Manager to join their London office and be an integral part of the Global HR Leadership team. They are looking for someone to come in work closely with the Global HR Director in designing and delivering the talent strategy. You will work across the entire business, working closely with Directors and teams to help influence the strategic direction of a HR function. This is the ideal role for someone with a background as a HR Business Partner who has moved into a role leading on strong change projects. You will be responsible for challenging the business on how to think differently and more effectively. Projects will include:Employee experience across the employee lifecycleApproaches to retention for key employee communitiesChanging workforce demographicsEarly talent hiring and development strategies Experience in the above is crucial for this role as this is a "hit the ground running" position, working directly under the HR Director to ensure the overall talent strategy is executed successfully.
