A large and innovative charitable organisation providing national services and support. Based from their purpose built centre in South Birmingham. They are currently recruiting for a People Information & Systems Manager to join the HR management team.
Your new role
The People Information & Systems Manager is a key member of the HR management teams and support strategic HR planning through the recording, production and analysis of HR management information. The post holder will lead a key business project to review, select and implement an integrated HR and payroll system. The People Information & Systems Manager will lead a HR Information team and ensure the they understand and provide management information reports and analysis relevant to each distinct part of the business. Additionally the role will produce benchmaking reports, present HR management information at senior leadership meetings and ensure HR systems are GDPR compliant.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a highly credible HR Information & Systems Manager with strong HR system and information data management experience. Previous experience of leading HR system procurement and implementation projects is essential. Candidates will be able to provide and present complex data that is both clear and understandable. Additionally the ability to present to and influence senior stakeholders is essential.
What you'll get in return
