A luxury skincare brand based in Central London require an immediately available HR advisor to join them on an interim basis for around 3 months. The role will be responsible for providing best practise advice with the aim of achieving commercially sound people solutions in line within the brand's values, policies and legislation.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Working in partnership with managers and employees to deliver high quality HR service to internal and external customers

Responsible for managing ER caseload including; disciplinary advice, appeals, performance management, probation reviews, grievances etc.

Coach, support and challenge managers

Support with long-term sickness absence cases

Monitor compliance with all company procedures, policies, and employment legislation

Provide impartial advice to employees on policies and procedures

Escalate high-risk cases

Build strong working relationships with stakeholders of all levels

Key experience/skills:

Previous advisory experience within a brand

Strong knowledge of UK employment law

Experience of leading on ER cases

Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent

Commercially minded and pragmatic approach

Ability to build rapport with employees of all levels

As this is an interim role, you must be available to start immediately.
