Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a leading global professional services firm based in Central London. We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join the team.As a Compensation and Benefits Analyst you will be supporting the EMEA region and will have a number of responsibilities including:Working on the annual salary and bonus reviewsSupporting on a number of projects including job architecture and the creation of salary rangesEnsuring the system is updated with salary ranges, pay grades etcPreparing for the annual compensation cycleWe are looking for someone who has experience working within reward and compensation and has good excel skills. You must have excellent communication skills as you will be speaking to the wider business both in the UK and within the EMEA region.To be considered for this position please apply accordingly.
