A Legal organisation based in the City is currently looking for a Reward Manager to join the team in a newly created role.

Reporting into the Head of HR, the Reward Manager will have line management responsibility for one individual and will be tasked at looking at the organisation's compensation and benefits. On top of this, there will be several projects to lead on including the running of the annual review processes, a review of global benefits and supporting with the implementation of a new HR system.

Key requirements:

Strong experience within both compensation and benefits

Line management experience

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Knowledge of both UK and Global benefits

sound knowledge of excel
