Job Details
A Legal organisation based in the City is currently looking for a Reward Manager to join the team in a newly created role. Reporting into the Head of HR, the Reward Manager will have line management responsibility for one individual and will be tasked at looking at the organisation's compensation and benefits. On top of this, there will be several projects to lead on including the running of the annual review processes, a review of global benefits and supporting with the implementation of a new HR system. Key requirements:Strong experience within both compensation and benefitsLine management experienceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsKnowledge of both UK and Global benefitssound knowledge of excel To be considered for interview, or for further information, please apply accordingly.
