Talent Acquisition Specialist

A niche Management Consulting firm based in the City are looking for a Recruiter to join their in-house team. This is a full-lifecycle role and you will have full end-to-end recruitment with role ownership with exciting projects also on the agenda. As the Recruitment Advisor, you will:

Provide proactive sourcing of relevant candidates at all levels, primarily through direct sourcing methods but also with some agency recruitment

Ownership and responsibility for filling your roles with wider team support

Screening and interviewing candidates both by telephone and face to face

Building strong candidate relationships and candidate pipelines

Creation of offer letters and contracts for new hires, completing internal processes as required

Building strong relationships with business stakeholders, able to advise on best practice and challenge where appropriate

As the successful candidate, you will possess:

Have experience of and understand direct sourcing

Have a passion for providing best-in-class recruitment

Have experience of recruiting for management consultancies

Have excellent attention to detail

Be high energy/dynami

Be degree educated (2:1+) or equivalent
