Job Details
A top UK accountancy firm based in the City of London is looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join their HR team.
As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, key responsibilities include:
- Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager
- Working with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview questions and relevant technical assessments
- Screen applications to ensure they meet the minimum entry criteria and manage candidate applications through tracking systems
- Monitor the recruitment inbox and respond to queries
- Manage the candidate feedback process through agencies and directly with candidates
- Attend first stage interviews for roles that you are acting as recruitment lead on
This person will:
- Be educated to degree level (2:1+) or equivalent
- Have experience of working in a busy environment and to deadlines
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage own workload
- Have a genuine interest in developing a career within internal talent acquisition
- Ideally have recruitment experience within professional services
