Resourcing Executive

A global leading law firm based in the City of London is looking for a Resourcing Executive to join their Resourcing team.

As a Resourcing Executive, key responsibilities include:

• Recruit business services and legal support staff

• Provide recruitment advice, recommendations and regular feedback to Line Managers, Heads of Departments and Partners with their resourcing needs

• Work collaboratively with the wider resourcing and HR team

• Conduct and facilitate interviews as part of the recruitment process as appropriate

• Ensure all recruitment, new joiner and leaver documentation is completed in a timely manner

• Liaising with recruitment agencies and conduct on going analysis of the preferred suppliers (PSL)

• Participate in ad hoc HR projects from time to time e.g market data for salary reviews

This person will:

• Have experience in resourcing ideally in legal or professional services

• Have excellent IT administration and organisation skills

• Be proactive and resilient

• Have integrity and discretion

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Have the ability to inspire confidence and respect at all levels

• Be educated to degree level (2:1+) or equivalent
