Job Details
A global leading law firm based in the City of London is looking for a Resourcing Executive to join their Resourcing team.
As a Resourcing Executive, key responsibilities include:
- Recruit business services and legal support staff
- Provide recruitment advice, recommendations and regular feedback to Line Managers, Heads of Departments and Partners with their resourcing needs
- Work collaboratively with the wider resourcing and HR team
- Conduct and facilitate interviews as part of the recruitment process as appropriate
- Ensure all recruitment, new joiner and leaver documentation is completed in a timely manner
- Liaising with recruitment agencies and conduct on going analysis of the preferred suppliers (PSL)
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects from time to time e.g market data for salary reviews
This person will:
- Have experience in resourcing ideally in legal or professional services
- Have excellent IT administration and organisation skills
- Be proactive and resilient
- Have integrity and discretion
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have the ability to inspire confidence and respect at all levels
- Be educated to degree level (2:1+) or equivalent
