Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting a superb opportunity for an ER Manager to work for a Facilities Management Business going through an exciting period of change.
You will be responsible for mitigating employment risk through the effective management of ER working both with the HR team and the broader business. This role encompasses all aspects of employee relations, providing both technical advice and practical execution, to include disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, dismissals and settlements.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that appropriate employment-related policies are in place and are regularly updated, in addition to training around ER for the business.
You will have ownership for developing and maintaining UK HR policies, ensuring legal compliance and reflecting industry good practice. You will be the lead on employment practice, and will provide support to HR Business Partners and senior line managers on contentious employment law issues.
The successful candidate will be a graduate calibre individual with significant ER experience in a combined blue- and white-collar workforce.
