HR Business Partner - Organisational Development
I am working exclusively with a well-known housing association who are looking for a HR Business Partner with a focus on Organisational Development to join them on a permanent basis.This role reports into the Head of HR & Organisational Development as well as occasionally reporting to the Director of Corporate Services. You will be part of a team of 9, with 2 other HR Business Partner's in the team.This is a generalist HR Business Partner role but has a strong focus on Organisational Development. This is a pivotal role in changing and improving the culture of the organisation. Essentially the right person for this role will be building the OD function from the ground up.The role includes but is not limited to:Supporting the organisation and its strategic aims through high quality development solutions across a wide range of subject areas. To take responsibility for your own area and projects as well as supporting the HR team.Have a clear understanding of current HR strategy and objectives within the organisation and find creative ways of enabling the organisation to achieve them through organisational development interventions.Provide experience advice and lead on the design, development and delivery of effective learning and development interventions for the business including management development, talent management, performance management on-boarding and online learning solutions.They are looking for someone who can work in a standalone role, be the right-hand person for anything OD, have initiative, engaging, passion and strong relationship building skills. This role includes weekly travel to their regional offices across England.
