HR Manager

The opportunity

Reporting into an impressive HR Partner with an extensive experience of life within a law firm, this role will allow a huge amount of autonomy for a new HR Manager. You will be aligned to the entire London office (c.150 people - and there are plans for this to double in the coming years).

The role

With support from an extremely capable HR Assistant (and a new HR Coordinator on the horizon!), this person will lead the HR operational agenda for the entire office and will be able to develop their own skills in what is a generalist remit, in its most traditional sense. You will manage the employee lifecycle, recruitment, L&D, reward, graduate recruitment, etc.

The HR function is established but there is a huge opportunity for someone to maintain and improve - this person will certainly have a voice within the firm.

The person

This person must have HR experience from another law firm. You could either have recently moved into an HR Manager role or you could also be operating at Senior Advisor level and now be looking for the perfect opportunity to gain the natural next step. Ideally you will have experience of the whole employee lifecycle and be keen to continue a generalist remit.
