Head of L&D - FS - Surrey
Our client, a global Financial Services business, is looking to recruit a Head of L&D to join their growing business.
With growth plans and an exciting agenda, L&D is at the forefront of their strategy for the years ahead and as such, they need an L&D lead to take them on this journey.
The role will cover:
- Setting L&D strategy for the entire business and implementing this.
- Designing early careers strategy and rolling this out as well as running the programmes.
- Design and deliver a new on-boarding programme and roll this out.
They are looking for:
- Proven L&D experience at a senior level with evidence of having designed and rolled out L&D strategies.
- FS Experience advantageous.
- Team management experience desirable
