Head of HR
Annapurna HR have partnered with a well known media company who are looking for a Head of HR to join them on a 9 month fixed term contract.
This role will lead the global people team and sit in the London HQ. The main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Work closely with the leadership team to ensure the people strategy is aligned to the business objectives
- Coach and support managers on all HR related issues
- Benefits: Global benefits review and potential shift to new benefits broker.
- Review of current HRIS and potential shift to new HRIS
- Learning & Development: Rolling out any internal training as required
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working at a Head of HR level and led a HR team.
