My client, one of the fastest growing tech start-ups in Europe have a brand-new opportunity for a Graduate Recruiter looking to be a key part of recruiting their next generation of future leaders!

Your main responsibilities would include developing relationships at UK universities, managing key sourcing/ attraction events, ad hoc marketing and diversity projects, end to end recruitment tasks, overseeing campus 'brand' ambassadors and building internal business support for recruiting activities. You will work closely together to build the brand on campus and provide an outstanding candidate experience for students joining the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on graduate recruitment for specific target universities
  • Design and manage a range of campus promotions including careers fairs, networking evenings, skills sessions, and larger scale sourcing events. You will be involved in booking venues, marketing the events through various streams, and managing logistical elements e.g. couriering merchandise, finalizing catering
  • Produce statistical analysis and comparisons of quarterly/ annual data (e.g. university engagement/ profile, hiring numbers and diversity
  • Candidate management (e.g. making offer calls and supporting with keep warm activities/ events)
  • Other projects may include leading on diversity-related initiatives, delivering skills sessions, society activities, managing budgets and invoice processing, merchandise logistics, office tours, managing relationships with external providers or charities
  • Assess interviews for all programmes including internships, software engineering and consulting programmes
  • Lead group exercises and conduct face to face interviews at the final assessment centre stage for all programmes
  • Liaise and build relationships with careers services, student societies and academics to promote programmes and implement your sourcing strategy
  • Drive/ support social media, digital marketing and print media campaigns

Knowledge/skills required:

  • You will be representing their brand on campus, so they are looking for someone with energy and enthusiasm
  • You should thrive on working in a fast-paced, dynamic and collaborative environment
  • You will be pro-active, flexible, adaptive and with a 'solutions led' mindset
  • You will be managing multiple projects so must have excellent time management skills
  • An ability to track trends and analyse data would be beneficial but not essential
  • To be successful in the role you need excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to build strong authentic relationships
  • An understanding of university culture and key 'hot topics' within the graduate recruitment industry would be beneficial
