Experienced in working in a dynamic recruitment environment within the engineering or white collar construction sector.
Job Purpose
To create and implement our end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, bringing expert insight to shape and strengthen our in-house recruitment capability to attract high quality candidates through a multichannel volume approach.
To embed consistent best practice, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience at all points of the recruitment cycle across the organisation.

SKILLS, COMPETENCY& VALUES
- Stakeholder Management - adept at working with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels and driving change through positive influence.
- Hands-on in helping deliver initiatives and able to build credibility and maintain professional working relationships.
- Strategic minded - able to design, develop and implement a full suite of innovative solutions to drive excellence in candidate attraction.
- Communication - verbal and written ability to demonstrate best practice interview skills, write creative advertising copy etc.
- Planning and Organisation - ability to manage a busy workload, effective time management, meets deadlines, proven prioritisation and decision making skills.
- Technical/analytical - able to interpret, shape and manipulate data to identify trends and help set strategy.
- Values - demonstrates company values. Demonstrates an inclusive approach to working with staff, people supported, families and others.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATONS
Educated to at least A level standard. Degree and or Recruitment qualifications.
KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge of direct sourcing strategy; social recruiting; EVP; candidate experience; Employer Brand; Talent Pipelining.
- Knowledge of the Construction / Engineering industry.
- Strong working knowledge of a range of tools to aid recruitment including LinkedIn, Facebook, Boolean, Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Experience in Succession Planning.
EXPERIENCE
Experienced in working in a dynamic recruitment environment within the engineering or white collar construction sector.
- Experienced in leading on nationwide high volume recruitment initiatives.
- Experienced in using and developing technology to enable sourcing and talent acquisition strategies.
- An expert in interpreting, shaping and manipulating data to identify trends and help set strategy.
- Experienced in designing, delivering and implementing multifaceted direct sourcing strategy.
