A top UK based Solicitors firm are recruiting for a Learning & Development Manager to join their team. As the Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

Assisting in the preparation of the Company's annual learning and development budget

Assisting in the preparation of the Company's annual learning and development programme

Delivering and maintaining those elements of training deemed mandatory by the SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority)

Assisting in maintaining Performance Management Framework, identifying and reporting on trends accordingly

Keeping under review the training methods in order to aid the learning of the workforce

Undertaking needs analysis when and where required and developing training content and delivering internally

Keeping under review the learning styles and modes of training delivery and ensuring these are appropriate and relevant

Overseeing the learning events and ensuring these remain relevant

Evaluating and keeping under review the range of external training providers

Coordinating delivery of staff appraisals in conjunction with line managers and stakeholders

Ensuring accurate training records are maintained

As the Learning & Development Manager, you will possess:

Minimum of two years managerial experience

Minimum of three years' experience working in Learning & Development

Experience working in a regulated environment

Knowledge of change methods, needs analysis and learning methods
