Page Personnel are working with a leading legal firm based in Wakefield who are actively seeking a HR Advisor to add value to their HR function.

The role will be heavily employee relations-focused - managing stakeholders, acting as point of contact to provide advice and influencing decision making where appropriate.

Description

In a fast-paced and varied HR Advisor position in Wakefield, roles and responsibilities are to include, however are not limited to:

  • Providing generalist HR support to the business supporting employee relations, change management, information & reporting
  • Manage a high volume of ER cases and prioritise according to risk, statutory deadlines and internal service level agreements
  • Support with the coaching of team leaders / managers in relation to people management skills
  • Keep employee files and the HR system up to date, including changes, ER and recruitment paperwork and archiving, ensuring payroll deadlines are met

Profile

  • Strong HR Advisor-level background with ability to handle a high volume E.R caseload
  • CIPD qualified - preferred
  • Excellent communication ability both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills with ability to work at pace

Job Offer
