HR Advisor, Financial Services, London, £35,000-£45,000

The global financial services business is looking for a HR Advisor to join their London office. The prestigious company is operating in over 50 countries and it is considered one of the largest business in its industry.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the senior managers in a fast paced environment. Also, the HR Advisor will work in a global capacity while supporting the Talent Acquisition team in various programmes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support through the recruitment process.
  • Get actively involved in resourcing and managing job advertisements.
  • Manage new starters' processes.
  • Support business leaders on various projects (eg. Employee Relations cases)

Key Expectations:

  • Proven recruitment experience;
  • Proven HR Generalist experience ideally in the financial sector;
  • Strong MS Office knowledge;
  • Detail oriented and team worker;
  • Excellent written and verbal skills;
