We are working with an internationally recognised and highly successful manufacturing organisation in Gloucestershire in order to recruit an HR Advisor on a permanent basis to support the HRBP and HR Manager and provide a comprehensive HR service to all managers and employees on site.
You will provide generalist HR experience and be a point of contact for queries from the organisation. You will be responsible for undertaking HR administration, beginning to end recruitment, managing the onboarding and induction for new starters and updating policies and processes. You will also lead on employee relations issues such as disciplinary or grievance, advising line managers as necessary and track sickness, absence and nonattendance. You will process payroll for submission to the outsourced payroll provider noting changes such as sickness, pay changes, starters leavers and pension.
In order to be successful in your application you will need generalist HR experience ideally gained in a diverse organisation. You have experience in recruitment, employee relations and payroll collation. You will have good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. You have the ability to organise, prioritise and manage tasks to meet tight deadlines, you have meticulous attention to detail and work with urgency.
