ER Advisor required on a temporary basis for this public sector organisation based in Exeter

Your new role

You will be an experienced ER specialist with extensive expertise in providing employee relations support and advice to the corporation's managers and key stakeholders. You will have extensive knowledge of employee relation matters and the ability to lead the implementation of the HR strategy across the corporation.


What you'll need to succeed

You will have demonstrable knowledge of employment law and possess a MCIPD qualification. In addition, you will have extensive experience in the area of dispute management and the management of employee relations cases including harassment, bullying & grievance.

Essentially, you will be a team player, a "source of truth" and have the ability to grow and maintain effective relationships with all members of the business.
