Recruitment Executive/Advisor (Professional Services Sector) in Birmingham

A modern and commercial Professional Services organisation based in Birmingham Centre.
Your new role
The Internal Recruitment Executive/Advisor role will focus on the recruitment of specialist fee earning vacancies. You will assess and shortlist applications, interview and complete testing for candidates, liaising with hiring managers and assignment managers, manage workforce planning and complete all relevant documentation. The post holder will aftercare candidates and gain placement feedback and seek opportunities for process improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous Professional Services (Legal/Accountancy/Similar) recruitment experience gained from an inhouse or agency background.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 dependent on experience. You will join a developing and expanding team and be able to play a key part in the growth of the business.
