HR Systems Implementation Specialist
12 months
Central Oxford
£40,000 - £50,000 plus benefits / fabulous central location

Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this well-respected Academic Facility based in Oxford City Centre to recruit an experienced HR Systems / HRIS Specialist who can work with the Bursary on a project to scope out, implement and train Line Managers on a new HR system. We envisage this project to take c. 12 months.

This is a start from scratch scope out and implementation exercise that will see you / the Bursary select a new system, implement, ensure all the data is correctly uploaded, write new policies and processes / analytics around holiday, sickness, absences etc and train / embed with the management team.

We are looking for a very "hands on" person who has worked on a systems implementation / set up from scratch for HR in a smaller organisation where there has been limited or no system in the past. As the subject matter expert, you will be able to communicate effectively at all levels and with people who have little or no understanding of HR processes / policies.

If you are looking for an interesting role in an extremely interesting and diverse environment and possess the above competencies, we are keen to hear from you.

Henlee Resourcing is a specialist full service human resources recruitment consultancy operating across the South West, M3 / M4 / M5 corridors.

What Make Us Different

We have worked hard to integrate our business into the community we serve, because we believe that to deliver service excellence to our clients and candidates, we must have a thorough understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing HR professionals today. Through the CIPD events we support, host and sponsor, we have developed a strong network, and through our commitment to achieving a genuine match between candidate and role, we have cultivated the trust that wins us recommendations to fill vacancies and find new roles. We are genuinely invested in our candidate’s success, not only because our business depends on it, but because we recognise the difference we can make to someone’s life if we help them secure a new start, a big promotion, or the work-life balance that they’ve been dreaming of.
