My client are a growing fintech business in Canary Wharf who are looking for an experienced Researcher to join their team. As a Researcher you will join the UK recruitment team, responsible for creating effective sourcing strategies, building lasting relationships and provide high levels of customer service across all levels of the business when it comes to recruitment.

The role will provide exposure to a variety of business lines and functions and will work on roles of all levels of experienced hires. Key roles include:

Sales: contributors up to leaders

HR hires across the spectrum

Technologists: analysts to technology architects

Subject matter experts in enterprise, risk, investment and advisory, trading, wealth

Experience of talent research within an executive search firm, recruitment agency and/or in-house recruitment function is a must. You will need to be flexible as you will be sourcing talent at times on all differnent levels of the business as well as internationall - predominantly UK and US.
