A leading luxury retail organisation is seeking a commercially focused Head of HR to provide a truly generalist service to a diverse internal customer base.

With this business having gone through rapid growth over the last 10 years, the business requires a Head of HR to continue providing a high level HR service, taking ownership of strategy and complex operational issues, whilst allowing the business to continue its growth.

Based from Head Office in the West Midlands there may be an element of travel as and when required, although this will not be too often.

To be considered for this role you will:

Have worked as a HR professional within a retail/hospitality business;
Have team management experience;
Have experience of – and the desire to – deal with both strategic and operational issues;
Work at pace, being able to understand the issues in both a retail and Head Office setting;
Be Level 7 qualified (or qualified by experience).

This is a truly exciting time to be joining a business that is bucking the trend of most other businesses operating in the retail sector. You will be instrumental in working closely with the CEO and senior stakeholders in order to design and deliver a HR strategy that meets the needs of the business.
