HR Business Partner
Your new role
Working as part of a wider HR team, you will be providing specialist business partnering to your business units. A strong influencer, you will need to promote the HR function, ensuring that managers and stakeholders can see the value of human resources. As well as the BAU work, you will a lead on the ER functions, leading complex ER cases, leading on investigations and guiding managers through change programmes .
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with extensive experience supporting and partnering with business units. As this is an immediate requirement candidates should be immediately available or free on short notice.
