Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this niche Media Business based in Marlborough to recruit a talented HR Manager on a permanent basis.
The purpose of this role is to provide a high standard of HR services and solutions to the leadership and management teams in order to deliver the company's strategic objectives, ensure legal compliance and create an efficient, positive environment for all Employees.
You will manage a small team of 2, taking responsibility of the staff resourcing and budget, including managing the HR system, analyse and report on staff resourcing, turnover and other issues in order to inform and advise the senior management team on staff-related KPIs and strategy as well as manage the recruitment of new staff. You will ensure that the Company maintains a robust and effective appraisal process and that this is implemented consistently across the organisation, as well as ensuring the Company is operating in accordance with current employment legislation across all aspects of its HR policy.
We are looking for a progressive "hands on" and pragmatic candidate with a proven background of working as a team leading generalist in a business that is fast paced and growing. Team fit is very important in this business and we are looking for you to understand the concepts of change management and support leadership, management and staff through change. You will be a person who can easily build strong relationships, adopting a willingness to work together to think through issues across the business and adapt them where appropriate.
Ideally but not essentially you will be educated to degree level / be a person who is of degree calibre and ideally fully CIPD qualified.
