My client is a leading organisation based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, who are looking for an iTrent System Implementation Specialist. This role is available on a temporary basis to start as soon as possible and is working 37 hours per week Monday - Friday.

In this role you will help design, plan and implement the transition of data and processes across from ResourceLink to the new system in a timely and efficient manner whilst minimising disruption to the services. A variety of methods will be utilised to achieve this, from workshops, guides to one to one training as and when required. You will require extensive understanding of iTrent functionality and have similar experience of rolling out this type of technology previously.

Duties and Responsibilities include:-

- Undertaking the planning and implementation of a roll out programme

- A thorough understanding and extensive experience of using iTrent and ResourceLink systems

- Configure and test solutions based on current working practices

- Create and maintain both iTrent and HR / Payroll processes best practice and provide advice and guidance on these

- Efficient and timely project management

- Ensure project documentation is kept up to date

- Maintain product knowledge to ensure understanding of the implications of new software releases

- Involvement in the creation and development of iTrent strategic services

Experience required

- iTrent experience

- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures

- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of business

- Ability to successfully implement change

- Work effectively under pressure and against deadlines

- Experience of project delivery

- Excellent attention to detail

- Customer focused

- Self-managing and self-motivating

Salary will be paid on an hourly pay rate and is negotiable depending on experience and skills
