Emerging Talent Specilaist
A brand new opportunity for a specialist within Emerging Talent for one of the fasted growing UK tech/retail companies.
Due to the business need the opportunity of Emerging Talent Specialist is a high priority. Responsibly for the end to end attraction, recruitment, selection, onboarding and development lifecycle across all talent programmes including apprenticeships, graduates, placements and internships.
You will be working closely with stakeholders, encouraging them to think differently about their requirements, breaking from tradition. Work closely with the learning and development specialists to maximise use of UK apprenticeship levy funds and opportunities.
Accountabilities include, design of emerging talent programmes, resourcing, onboarding, orientation & development.
You will have day to day management of graduates on rotation within the business central recruitment team.
If you are able to provide leadership and influencing skills, have a proven experience of working within the emerging talent space of recruitment. Have strong project management skills, experience of working with ATS tools and HRIS databases.
