Your new company
Your new company is a lively, vibrant business operating close to the heart of Carlisle across two sites with a headcount of circa 200 staff, 50% of which being agency or contractors. Due to an increased workload and an internal secondment, they now have a need for a HR Advisor for a 12 month period to join their fast-paced team.
Your new role
Your new job will involve the management of complex casework, MI reporting, managing payroll data weekly ready to be sent to the payroll team to be processed. This is a highly hands-on, active role that is very operational, overseeing absence management, disciplinaries and grievances, working 8:10-4:20 Monday to Friday and 8:10-4:15 Friday.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will be CIPD level 5 qualified as a minimum, adept to complex employee relations issues, highly experienced in the operational side of HR, you will have demonstrable experience of managing your own caseload, be competent with HR systems and preferably from a fast-paced working environment.
What you'll get in return
The client is offering flexible working hours, is open to part-time. They are offering a day rate of £130-£145 depending on relevant experience and suitability of candidate.
