A globally established manufacturing business with a fantastic reputation in the market are seeking a HR Officer to oversee operational HR issues at plant level.
Reporting to the HR Manager you will ensure the provision of HR is consistent and of the highest level. You will act as a first point of contact for staff throughout the site dealing with all aspects of the HR lifecycle from on boarding through to off boarding.
With the business having recently implemented some very proactive initiatives you will ensure that these are maintained whilst continually identifying opportunities for improvement.
In order to be considered for this role you will have:
Worked within a fast paced manufacturing environment;
Worked with, and interacted with, Trade Unions;
Been involved in a range of ER issues;
The ability to work with staff that need to be educated about the value of HR and the positive impact it can have.
