This Manager level role sits within a Human Capital/People & Change Advisory practice and you will engage with clients across a range of HR transformation and change, workforce optimisation, behavioural change, talent development, organisational design and development programmes to drive commercial success for a portfolio of clients across a multitude of sectors. The team focuses on transforming the performance of client organisations by changing the way people are led, managed and developed. Partnering with clients senior leadership teams, you'll work across the entire cycle of organisation transformation, translating the organisations strategic goals into effective operating models.
From an experience perspective, you'll currently be client facing, working for a Management Consultancy firm and will have broad experience across the entire people agenda and ideally specialist knowledge of OD, change management or HR transformation within complex business environments. As an experienced management consultant, you'll have demonstrable experience working in a client facing, fee earning role managing multi-disciplinary project teams across complex change programmes. As a skilled relationship builder, you'll establish and develop positive relationships both internally and externally with your clients.
