The role of C&B Project Manager has been created to support the Reward team and wider HR function with a range of high profile global and local Reward activities.

Description

As a C&B Project Manager you will be for:

  • Implementation of the Share Purchase Plan (Liaise with external tax and legal advisors to translate high level guidance into practical implementation of the scheme for all employees, work with the Payroll Manager and local HR teams to define the technical payroll and tax requirements associated with the scheme )
  • Salary reviews for all staff (Work with external providers to analyse market trends in specific geographies through annual and ad-hoc survey data )
  • Harmonisation of Comp & Benefits across all areas
  • Ad Hoc project work as required

Profile

You will have:

  • Significant experience working within reward area, with experience of implementing share plans
  • Project management experience and ability to work to tight deadlines, monitor progress against KPI's and milestones etc
  • Strong knowledge of remuneration and job evaluation
  • An ability to operate independently and work well with ambiguity, whilst knowing when to check in and seek alignment
  • Strong excel ability
  • Ability to influence others and translate complex topics into simple business language
  • Previous knowledge of Mercer and Hay job evaluation methodology preferred, although not essential
