UK Headquartered technology group in South Yorkshire are looking to recruit an Internal Communication Advisor to provide direction and leadership on the development of the company’s internal communications. This is a key role working with the Senior Management team and HR Director.


Requirements

  • To develop diverse communication channels, intranet, social media, print, digital screens and email as appropriate means for communication with the staff
  • Deliver communication tailored to different audiences
  • Increase employee engagement by measuring employee attitudes and developing strategies to respond to feedback and requests which will ultimately increase staff engagement and performance
  • Plan, edit and write content for internal communications
  • Flexible to travel across 4 different UK divisions when required


Skills  

  • Writing, editing and proof-reading skills
  • Strong speaking skills
  • Sensitivity to organisation goals and values and ability to relay them to employees
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Creative approach to work
  • Digital skills, familiarity with IT
  • Understanding of the sector
