Occupational Health Advisor - Predominantly Home Based
A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Full time, Home Based Occupational Health Advisor. Our client is a market leader within the international manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be working as part of their core in house team.
The role will include working in partnership with the HR and management teams to increase productivity by lowering sickness absence, carrying out clinical assessments and providing advice and creating back to work programmes.
You will also be expected to advise the business on the impact of work on employee’s health in the work environment.
To be considered you must be a Registered Nurse, ideally with a formal OH qualification, however the client will also consider Registered Nurses with substantial OH experience.
This is a full time role, 5 days – (40 hrs) per week. The role is predominantly homebased, but you will get the opportunity to travel to all sites across the UK and to head office for once a month meeting, so it would suit someone who enjoys travelling.
Salary: Up to £40k according to qualifications and experience + benefits (plus a generous car and annual leave allowance).
