Description
- Advising employees and contributing towards driving employee engagement and performance
- Coach employees to achieve their best. Advise on career maps and learning and development opportunities and attitudes for success
- Launch and embed countrywide HR initiatives
- Ensure office environment is driving engagement and performance
- Create a calendar of social activities for each site to mark significant dates and ensure engagement is achieved
- Act as a communications champion for each site- run and organise the monthly all employee update breakfasts
- Contribute to country wide projects
- HR Processes - Interview candidates, conduct Return to Work interviews for absence, deal with performance issues and disciplinaries and grievances.
- Conduct exit interviews
- Support with HR and Talent administration
- Feedback to the management on what needs to change in order to increase engagement and reduce turnover
