Your new company

You will be joining the HR team of a Global Automotive organisation based in Central London.

Your new role

You will act as a super-user for their HR system, ensuring the integrity of employee data and managing the output of key data for MI reporting. You will execute assigned projects such as identifying HR trends and areas for improvement to present to the HR Director and Head of Talent and Development. You will be the main point of contact for an HR system related queries.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be an HR generalist with a solid background in HR systems (super-user) and MI reporting. You will have a passion for HR and have experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Strong excel skills are a must.
