The Graduate Recruitment Consultant will be:
- Undertaking calls and meetings to organisations and individuals to build relationships and ultimately get new job opportunities
- Speaking to and interviewing candidates on a daily basis
- Sourcing candidates from various networks and assessing their suitability for job opportunities
- Fee negotiation
- Writing of web adverts
- Working to KPIs and monetary targets
The successful candidate will be a graduate (within the last two years) who is looking for a role that will offer an opportunity for training and career development (our CEO originally started off here as a Consultant).
You will need to be someone who isn't afraid to build relationships, use the telephone and be able to cope with difficult and demanding situations.
