My client is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and solutions focused HR assistant who wants to be at the core of the HR team!

This role has great opportunity to evolve and make it your own. You'll have the chance to really make a different, look at current process and discuss potential improvements with the HR Business Partner whilst supporting them with all administration work and projects ongoing.

Daily task could include:

  • Dealing with all administration to support recruitment of all levels
  • Raise all relevant paperwork for new starters, complete referencing, background checks and right to work documentation
  • Ensure all DBS are logged correctly and review renewals
  • Ensure all employee records are up to date, filled and concerns or queries escalated to the HR Business Partner
  • Produce monthly reports on right to work compliance, DBS & Safeguarding checks
  • Assist with TUPE administration process
  • Be point of contact for all employees, internal and external providing an excellent level of customer service
  • Handle all paperwork to support on ER cases supporting the HR Business Partner

Previous experience:

  • Strong administration experience working within a HR environment
  • Experience handle customers and dealing with tough queries in a professional manner
  • Strong excel skills (v-lookups, mail merging)
  • Proactive way of working and passion for HR
  • High attention to detail
