This is a proactive and strategic role which will require senior client stakeholder engagement and interaction as part of the internal senior management team across all lines of service offered. The successful candidate will be an HR leader experienced in working with Executives, leading and developing a successful team and able to exhibit high levels of personal initiative, commercial acumen and strategic thinking.

Description
Lead a growing team of HR Consulting professionals providing advice to clients in the financial services industry
Manage profit and revenue of HR Consulting function
Motivate and lead the team to deliver high quality service to clients at all times
Lead and develop the team to deliver, collaborate and share best in class people initiatives
Provide guidance and assistance to clients on a range of HR issues:
Update policies and procedures consistent with UK employment legislation and ACAS guidelines
Assist in the development of bespoke HR policies and employee handbooks
Contribute to the implementation of HR software projects
Review settlement agreements and contracts of employment
Attend legal update seminars and take responsibility to be up to date with the latest changes at all time
Attend industry events representing HR Consulting team and wider business
Act as Client Relationship Manager for clients, joining with other internal teams to provide a collaborative approach should the client take more than one service
Build reputation of the HR Consulting team in a key area of market focus winning new clients and selling services into existing clients of the business that don't currently use HR Consulting services
Work with other members of senior management to grow wider business and cross sell our other lines of service - Accountancy, Tax, Payroll and Company Secretarial
Profile
Experience of Consultancy and / or outsourcing
Experienced of working with a Financial Services client base
Excellent communication and people skills to enable successful engagement with team and clients
Ability to drive results whilst handling multiple projects in fluid environments
A confident and positive attitude with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong decision making capability coupled with high levels of personal initiative and pro activity
Embraces change and able to identify opportunities that arise from it
