HR Systems Assistant

Are you analytically-minded, and interested in how systems and people interact? Do you have great people skills? Why not work for a leading global law firm in their HR Systems team?

You will help to roll out new systems features across the globe, and will be assisting senior lawyers with their systems queries internationally from day one. The culture of the business is a fast-paced and high-performing one, and you will learn a lot of new skills very quickly. You'll be able to solve problems and have an impact on the way international systems are run. They are keen to train you and you will develop new skills in systems management and HR data analytics.

You will need good Excel skills (including pivots and VLOOKUP). You'll need to have great attention to detail and pick up new skills and information quickly. You should have an interest in Human Resources and be technically-minded. You could come from a generalist HR background and want to develop your HRIS experience, or you could be a recent graduate from a numerate discipline with some corporate experience, looking for an entry-level role.

This is a fast-paced international law firm and you'll need to be able to work quickly and efficiently. You'll be dealing with senior stakeholders from day one so confidence and relationship management skills are key.
